These 5 days of hiking Imatong Mountain is designed for nature lovers who desire to experience the beautiful terrain of South Sudan and weather of Katire town. The mountain hosts many streams with waterfalls that drain into River Kinyeti. The rainforest found there and the diverse wildlife and birdlife are also a tourist attraction. The people of Lotuko and other tribes call the mountainous region home and will welcome you to their villages to experience their culture.

Day 1: Arrival to Juba City.

Arrive in Juba City where you check in to your hotel for the night. You will then spend the afternoon touring the city and rest at the riverside for the evening.

Day 2: Drive to ImatongMountains.

You will drive early in the morning at (7 am) to Katire town and upon arrival; spend the rest of the afternoon touring around before spending the night at Imo Resort.

Day 3: Full day of touring the villages and forest around town of Katire.

You will depart very early in the morning after breakfast for a tour around Katiretown and rainforest around. You will take a walk through valleys and hills around enjoying the views and spotting the wildlife and birds.

Day 4: Drive back to Juba.

You will depart for Juba very early in the morning for your pre-departure arrangements with a stopover at Torit for lunch.

Day 5: Fly home.
