This 15 Days Uganda Safari takes you to Kidepo valley national park and the Murchison falls national park for a rewarding nature and wildlife experience. You will also have an experience of Kibale park for the Chimpanzees, Queen Elizabeth NP, BwindiNp for Gorilla trekking, Lake Bunyonyi tour and Lake Mburo National Park as well as the world’s oozing hot spring of Sampaya that have been in existence 14 Million years back/

There is a great deal of extra adventures along the circuit making it an ideal way to explore Uganda. Join us on this 15 Days Uganda Safari and discover the best that Uganda has to offer.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to hotel.

On arrival our team will warmly welcome you and pick you from the Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe.

Day 2: Drive to Kidepo valley National park.

You will depart very early in the morning for Kidepo valley National park along Kitgum-Moroto road or the eastern route and have an evening game drive depending on your arrival time. Here, you will have a a chance to view beautiful sceneries of River Narus and also have a chance to spot wild animals like buffaloes, elephants, lions, hartebeests and klipspringer.

Day 3: Half day game drive and Cultural tour of theKaramojong tribe.

You will depart for an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for lunch. You will spend your afternoon in a cultural walk and get a chance to meet the Karamajongtribe together with the people at Kapedo and Karema.

Day 4: Transfer to the Murchison falls national park.

After a very early morning breakfast, you will have a 7-8 hour drive to the Murchison falls national park via the scenic Pian-Upe plains and coffee plantations of Kapchorwa, and enjoy the great views of the magnificent Mount Elgon.

Day 5: Full day of the Murchison falls national park game drive and boat cruise.

After a very early morning breakfast, youwill cross the River Nile to the northern bank of the park where our guide will help you spot Elephants, Lion, Cape buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, hartebeest, Waterbuck, Bushbuck, hyena and leopards with a stopover for lunch. You will spend your afternoon in another boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where we will spot hippos, crocodiles and along you may see elephant, waterbuck and Uganda Kobsand  bird species.

Day 6:Murchison Falls National Park to Kibale national park.

You will depart in the morning after breakfast to the western part of Uganda to Fort Fortal past tea plantations and beautiful landscapes with a stopover for lunch. You will check in upon arrival and thereafter have a chance to enjoy a walk at Fort portal city either at Tooro botanical Garden or at Amabereganyinamwiru cavesand the crater lakes.

Day 7:Chimpanzee tracking in kibale national park.

In the morning after breakfast at 6:30 am, we will drive a short distance to the entrance of Kibale National Park and shortly after start our chimpanzee tracking along their trails. The tracking begins at 8:00am to 11:00am (3 hrs). After that we will return to the hotel and spend the rest of the afternoon resting.

Day 8:A day trip toSempaya hot springs in Semuliki National Park.

You will depart from Fort Portal after breakfast and drive through the western rift valley to Semuliki National Park.  You will first explore the “female” hot springs, and thereafter walk through the forest to the larger “male” hot springs all while enjoying the views of wild life and learning more about the park. After that we will travel to Amabere Caves where you will catch a glimpse of the stalagmites and stalagatites together, as well as a water fall. From the caves, you will do a short hike to enjoy the scenic views of the three crater lakes.

Day 9:A drive to Queen Elizabeth national park.

You will depart for Queen Elizabeth national park early in the morning with a stopover at the Uganda equator for photo shots and some experiments. You will have lunch upon arrival and thereafter drive to Kazinga channel for a 2 hour boat cruise which departs at 3:00pm and ends at 5:00pm. You will enjoy your game drive on your way back to the hotel.

Day 10:Morning game drive and chill in the afternoon at the hotel.

You will have an early morning game drive where you will have a chance to spot animals like lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, leopards, Warthogs, hippo, and various bird species as well as enjoy the spectacular views of the park. After that, you shall head over to Kasenyi, which is within the park, and here you shall be able to test local prepared coffee or African. You shall also enjoy the panoramic views of the park as well as the black salt mining lake called Kasenyi. You shall head over for lunch at the hotel and relax in the afternoon as you await your evening game drive.

Day 11:Drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park.

After your early morning breakfast, you shall depart for Bwindi impenetrable national park where you will have lunch on arrivaland spend your afternoon relaxing.

Day 12:Gorilla Tracking and Batwa community walk.

After a sumptuous breakfast, you will begin your Gorilla tracking which will take about 3-4 hours depending on the Gorilla family youwill be tracking. After the experience, you will have lunch and thereafter spend your entire afternoon with a small ethnic group (Bush men). Here you will be entertained and you will have a chance to learn about their history until 6 pm when you will return to the hotel.

Day 13:Drive to Lake Mburo national park.

After your breakfast, you will check out and depart for Lake Mburo national park where you will first have lunch before your afternoon game drive. There is also an option of a night game drive where you can catch a glimpse of leopards, hyenas, buffalos, antelopes, different bird spices and so many others.

Day 14: Drive back to Entebbe from Lake Mburo national park.

You will have a morning game drive after breakfast before driving to Entebbe Town with a stopover at Masaka town for lunch and at the Equator for photos, crafts and water.

Day 15: Fly home.
