Day 1: Arrival- Addis Ababa City Tour.
Upon arrival we transfer you to your hotel for check-in. After some rest and refreshments, we do a city tour in Addis Ababa.
The city tour with start with a visit to Addis Ababa’s new parks including unity park and Entoto natural park, the National Museum which is home to early human remaining body parts of Lucy, the biggest open-air market Merkato, the hill of Entoto which gives you a full and spectacular view of Addis Ababa city, and the Trinity church that believed to have the tomb of HIM Hile Selassie

Day 2:Fly To Bahir Dar.
Early in the morning, we depart on a flight for Bahir Dar check-in hotel and then we take a boat trip on Lake Tana to visit a selection of the monasteries hidden on the islands and shores of this sacred lake. Visit the Zege Peninsula and the monasteries of Azuwa Maryam and Ura Kidane Mehret and the island monastery of Debre Maryam near the outlet of the Blue Nile River. In the afternoon, we drive out to the Blue Nile Falls for a short hike in the area. Finish the day with the sunset over the lake.

Day 3: Bahir Dar – Gondar Royal Enclosure, Fasilidass Pool & Debre Birhan Selassie church
After breakfast, we continue north to Gondar. The 4-hour drive will take you through rural villages, offering wonderful insight into the Amhara culture. After briefly settling in your hotel, explore the sites of Gondar, including a visit to The Royal Enclosure, with six castles and several other buildings. Additionally, visit Fasilidass Pool, still used for Timket celebrations today, and the Debre Birhan Selassie church, with the most famous ceiling in Ethiopia.
Overnight: In Gondar Hale resort or Gonder Hills resort.
Day 4: Hike The Simien Mountains.
Today is an early morning departure to Sankober in the Simien Mountains. From here you will go for an easy hike to the Geech Abyss, where you will see a large waterfall where the Jinbar River plunges into the abyss. This area is also a great place for viewing the endemic gelada baboon, also known as the bleeding heart baboon due to the red patch of skin on its chest. Afterwards, drive back to Gonder.

Day 5: Gonder – Lalibela.
Early in the morning after breakfast, we drive to Lalibela. Here you will pass through several small villages, with typical sandstone homes of the Tigray people. Proceed through this rural area for the stunning approach to the home of Ethiopia’s most prized destination Lalibela.
After lunch visit the LalibelakalRock-hewn churches of Lalibela and continue with the Southeastern Cluster of churches Bet Gabriel-Rufael, Bet Merkorios, Bet Amanual, and Bet Abba Libanos. Northwestern Cluster of churches – Bet Medhane Alem, Bet Maryam, Bet Meskel, Bet Danaghel, Bet Mikael & Bet Golgotha (entry not permitted for women).
Overnight: In Lalibela Mount view Top Twelve Hotel or Mezena Resort & SPA hotel.
Day 6: Lalibela- Addis fly
In the morning, you start your tour at the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, you will visit the most famous of all the churches Bet Giyorgis, constructed in honour of the patron saint of Ethiopia Saint George. After lunch, we drop you at the Airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa. In the evening, you will be taken to a farewell dinner depending on your scheduled flight you will be transferred out to Bole International Airport for a return flight back home.
